NSW:Father's sentence appeal fails
The father of a seven-year-old autistic girl who died of severe malnutrition has failed
to have his 16-year jail term for manslaughter .. reduced.
In dismissing the challenge today .. the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal said it was a
heavy sentence .. but well within the range for the worst case …
